10-12 Re-registration Form for Full-Time Students - 2021/2022

        Valid Residency Proof: BC Care Card, BC ID Card, BC Driver's License, or current utility bill

        Valid Canadian Citizenship Proof: Birth Certificate, Passport, or Permanent Resident Card

  • International students will be charged a non-refundable tuition fee of $1,000.00 per course.

    Please contact the Navigate-NIDES office at 1-800-663-7925 to arrange for payment upon completion of the registration process.

    IMPORTANT: If you are sending an image of your BC Driver's Licence and Services Card - please note that we only need an image of the FRONT of the card.


  • Acceptable proof of Residency includes images of: BC Care Card, BC ID Card, BC Driver's License, or current utility bill.
  • Self-identified means if a student (parent/guardian) identifies themselves as having Aboriginal ancestry then they qualify to receive service from Aborginal Education Services. No one is required to provide 'proof' of ancestry when they self declare (e.g. Status card.) Aboriginal ancestry can go back several generations and the student may not look Aboriginal.

  • All language courses offered through Navigate are worth 4 credits on the BC Ministry of Education graduation plan. The Navigate language courses that usually meet the university and college second language requirement are: Arabic 11, French 11, German 11, Italian 11, Japanese 11, Korean 11, Mandarin Chinese 11, Russian 11, Spanish 11
